  • 2. If products has rust, electric peeling, surface marks, plastic handle damage and packaging materials (such as paper boxes, cards, shelves, plastics, etc.) are damaged during use, they are not covered by the free service.
  • 3. Natural wear and tear in normal use does not belong to free service scope.
  • 4. Product damage or malfunction caused by abnormal use, such as: man-made damage, improper use of the tool, abuse of the tool, or accidents, etc., are not coverd by the scope of free service .
  • 5. If the user has disassembled and modified the product or the accessories are missing, it's not covered by the scope of free service.

All Sheffield products are produced in accordance with the GB national tool production standards and international tool manufacturing standards. During the use of the Sheffield products you bought, If the product can not be used normally due to the quality problem of the product itself in the normal service life of the tool, you can go to the nearest authorized seller throughout the country to get free repair and replacement of the same product with the purchase certificate or warranty card.
